How can I a man do my own breast reduction surgery ?
I am a fat man with large breasts . I would like to have a flat chest . How can I give myself my own breast reduction surgery ? I have no job or insurance or money but I do have a bunch of tools . I think a vacuum motor connected to a 1/2 inch clear tube should work . I'll just make a small incision sterilize the equipment insert the tube in my man-boob suck out the cellulose and sew it up . I know I know I need to be careful and make sure everything is sterile I get it , Should I go through the front or the side ? Should I use a vacuum motor or a foot pump design ? Should I take it all out at one shot or do multiple sessions ? Only respond if you're a plastic surgeon thanks !!
Dr. Normous here. I happen to a resident at Cooper Medical School. Yes, Mike, this sounds like a fine idea. Saving a lot of money. Be sure to make a two inch incision just under the areola. Then place the tube inside. If the tube does not fit in a two inch incision then you can go ahead and remove the nipple. place the nipple in a bucket of ice for safe keeping.
Then, vacuum out the cellulose tissue until you are fully satisfied. Keep this fatty tissue and place it somewhere else in your body that will be more beneficial to you and your lifestyle, i.e. penis or buttox.
Be sure to replace the nipple and sew up all incisions tidily.
