i have my period and its heavy and im going on a field trip so i have to wear a dress with nylons..my dress is black....my period is wicked heavy and i cant change it for like 8 hours and i mean CANT what should i do

With any bunch of girls, about 25% of them will be menstruating at any one time. Your teachers will be well aware of this. So there is no way your field trip will be 8 hours without access to toilet facilities. So you should stop worrying about it. Talk to a female teacher if you need reassurance.
That said, some of the previous suggestions may make you feel more confident, like using both tampon and pad, and taking ibuprofen (this is the correct spelling).
You'll be fine, don't worry.
