How do I assemble my new MOLLE II rucksack?

I think I have the belt figured out but there are four sets of metal "D rings" that are jingling on the back of the shoulder straps. How do I secure these? Obviously I missed a step somewhere.
Yes I am in the military. Obviously I know I could ask my team leader but I'm trying to find out now... on here.

are you in the military? If so speak to your team leader. He should know. If not I, why do you need a rucksack? You could always try googling it
